His extensive background in commercial construction, building, and installing mechanical/boiler rooms, makes Russell feel right at home in any mechanical room.

Essex Community College - 1992 - Four Year Apprenticeship Program through the Maryland Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Contractors, Inc. Graduated Top of the Class in a program that emphasizes: Installation Practices, Mathematics, Blueprint Reading, Welding, Rigging, Plumbing and Gas Code.
